Tropical Decor Rental

Not only can Chicago Hula Dancer provide the necessary entertainment and catering for your luau event, we can also arrange that perfect Polynesian scene at your event. We work hand in hand with Chicago's largest luau caterer and can consolidate all entertainment, catering needs, and decoration into one package. It's often a convenience for our customers to consolidate all the different vendors for their event into one convenient package.

Below are a list of rental packages, description, and pricing. Pricing includes the rental of items, delivery to your event, set up/installation of sets, take down immediately after event, and required staff. Please note that discounts on props may apply when you book catering as part of your package. Please note that pricing is for local delivery. Additional travel fee will be assessed for out of area locations.

Menhuna Package. Set dimension is approx 12' wide x 10' high x 4' deep. Package ideal for entry way decor, smaller stage decor, photo stations, etc. $450 Total
Maui Package. Set dimension is approx 15' wide x 10' high x 5' deep. Package ideal for grand entry way decor, med - large stage decor, photo stations, focal points where larger props required, etc. $800 Total
Oahu Package. Set dimension is approx 25' wide x 12' high x 6' deep. Package ideal for grand decor, large stage backdrop, photo stations, focal point where you need to impress! $1800 Total
Easter Island Package. Set dimension is approx 25' wide x 12' high x 6' deep. Package ideal for grand decor, large stage backdrop, photo stations, focal point where you need to impress! $1700 Total
Tiki Bar. Set dimension is approx 16' wide x 10' high x 5' deep. Package ideal for anyone that wants the coolest tiki bar at their luau event! Note, does not include the large installation statue in the center. $650 Total Grand Tiki Bar. Set dimension is approx 20' wide x 10' high x 5' deep. Package ideal for anyone that wants the coolest tiki bar at their luau event! Includes large installation as seen in photo. $900 Total
